How I go about writing scary stories
                                        (tips & tricks)

If you're a fan of CreepyPastas and scary stories and you're interested in writing stories, you might find this blog helpful.

Since you're telling a story the
visuals are missing so for the reader to fully understand and imagine the story you must be descriptive.

Make the first few lines of the story the best parts or as good as you could make them. The first couple of lines are to catch your readers attention and draw them into the story.

Ending the story is probably the most important thing to make a good story. Leaving the story open ended for the reader to interpret adds paranoia and suspence. Death is overrated, in almost every story it ends with death. Try and find something worse than death to end your story if you can.

Make sure you read over your story, add any last minute details. Think on it before you finally decide you're done. You might want to add something to the story. If you're not 100% sure you're proud of your story and ready to post it, DO NOT post it. Wait till you feel good enough about the story to post.
